We do not offer a choice of courier. Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options.

1. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
a) Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days
b) Standard Shipping: 2-7 Business Days

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO BOX, military or protected areas. Thank you for your understanding.

Does INIMI ship internationally?
Yes! We offer standard around the world. Whether you’re in Europe, North America, or beyond — we deliver straight from our warehouse to your door.


Where does my order ship from?
Most INIMI products ship directly from our main fulfillment center in the U.S.

Since we also serve international customers, some items may be shipped from our partner warehouses in Europe or Asia to ensure faster delivery and high-quality control.

If you order multiple items (for example, a hoodie and a floor-mat set), your packages may arrive separately. Don’t worry — you’ll get tracking updates for each shipment.


How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and link.
You can click that link anytime to see real-time updates.

If your order includes multiple shipments, you’ll receive a separate email for each tracking number.

P.O. Boxes & APO Addresses
Please note: our carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
We recommend using a physical address for faster delivery.
